Hacked: Counseling Clients after a Data Breach
About the Program
Speakers for this seminar, including Arthur H. House, the state’s first cybersecurity czar, will address the legal clean-up faced by a business after a data breach.
With hacking in both the public and private sectors on the rise, you need to know how to help clients. The program will review state data breach laws, including those that maintain health information and are subject to HIPPA. Criteria for evaluating appropriate insurance coverage will also be discussed.
